We identified an issue with the new patch that was causing a crash when first loading into the game - although it should fix itself now, you can try manually deleting all the files in this folder: My DocumentsElectronic ArtsThe Sims 3FeaturedItems and restarting the game. If you're having a separate issue, I'd recommend contacting customer support. RT @martyuu @SimGuruGraham My game crashed when I was loading my town... I think it's from the update.. what should I do?
