I actually passed FCE and CAE

but thats not enough for studying further so I have to take IELTS, its something like TOEFL (the difference is that ielts is British exam and toefl - american but they both have the same content) including all grammar and speaking...

If I don't mistake, TOEFL is given only for two years, after then you should renew it, shouldn't you? Or I have muddled in it? I've thought it was clear & distinguishable for me.

Вечность, well what exactly do you want to be aware of? Yea, TOEFL and IELTS need to be repassed after 2 years so it's kinda useless but viceversa you can show the certificate while attending english school or courses...
